Zeti North America operates at the intersection of fleet operations, asset finance, mobility, and energy infrastructure—industries where real-world experience matters. Our team combines deep operational fleet knowledge, capital markets expertise, and financial technology experience to help funders and operators deploy and manage assets more effectively across North America.
What sets the Zeti NAM team apart is the overlap of experience across fleet management, capital markets, mobility platforms, and energy infrastructure. Collectively, the team brings decades of leadership across North America’s most complex asset-intensive sectors, including commercial fleets, transportation, and energy infrastructure.
This unique combination enables Zeti to understand how assets perform in the field, how capital is deployed and managed, and how technology can bridge the gap between the two.
Leadership Built on Fleet, Finance, and Mobility Expertise
Jon Stafford CMA, CAFM

Jon brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across fleet management, automotive finance, operations, and commercial growth. He has held senior executive roles at LeasePlan USA, Wheels, and Enterprise Fleet Management, working with Fortune 500 fleets, mobility providers, and emerging transportation platforms.
At LeasePlan, Jon supported both large corporate fleets and mobility startups while helping structure innovative financing programs with OEM partners including Nissan and GM. His expertise spans total cost of ownership, utilization-driven fleet strategies, and scalable fleet financing models, and he has spoken at leading industry forums including NAFA, the Global Fleet Conference, and MOVE America.
"I’ve spent my career at the intersection of fleet, mobility, and finance—building practical partnerships between operators and lenders. It’s rewarding to apply that experience at Zeti, helping clients and partners scale with smarter financing.”
Kevin Egolf
Head of Capital Solutions
Kevin brings deep expertise in capital markets, investment strategy, and financial technology, with a career spanning investment banking, private equity, and impact investing.
He previously led capital markets at Capital Good Fund, served as Head of Finance at EV Life, and helped develop the first organic farmland REIT at Iroquois Valley. Earlier in his career, Kevin worked at Bank of America and Castle Harlan, advising on complex financing structures and institutional investment strategies.
Kevin’s experience enables Zeti to design and support financing solutions that work for both institutional capital providers and asset operators, particularly across zero-emission transport, energy transition assets, and equipment finance. His ability to operate hands-on while maintaining a strategic investment perspective is a key strength supporting Zeti’s North American growth.
“I love that I get to focus on delivering Zeti’s technology solutions across diverse asset classes and financing structures every day. Data and transparency are essential to reducing risk; it is rewarding to see Zeti provide both for complex, hard-asset transactions.”
Dan Grossman
Industry Advisor – Mobility & Autonomous Systems
Dan is a recognized advisor across automotive, shared mobility, and autonomous transportation, with deep experience helping companies scale fleets, enter new markets, and develop innovative mobility business models.
His background includes leadership and advisory roles at Zipcar, Ford Chariot, GM Maven, Zagster, and Kymeta, as well as board roles at Guident Corp and Cal EPIC. Dan supports companies across go-to-market execution, fleet expansion, infrastructure partnerships, insurance, fundraising, and operational strategy.
At Zeti, Dan provides strategic insight into how evolving mobility models—including shared fleets and autonomous platforms—intersect with capital deployment, asset utilization, and risk management in North America’s fast-changing transportation landscape.
"Having worked with dozens of large fleet owners, identifying appropriate funding was always time consuming and expensive. When we needed to add charging infrastructure, or autonomous vehicles, the choices were few and lacked financial sense. Zeti is able to reduce these pain points and allow these businesses to grow effectively without the burden of expensive loans and wasted time."

Marketing Advisor, North America
Frans brings 25 years of global marketing leadership across fleet, mobility, energy infrastructure, and B2B technology. He has held senior marketing roles at Wheels/LeasePlan, AECOM, Kimberly-Clark, and Novartis, working across both established enterprises and growth-stage organizations.
In the fleet space, Frans led the LeasePlan/Wheels marketing integration, developed a new brand identity, and launched industry-defining initiatives such as North America’s first EV Industry Summit—bringing together OEMs, fleet operators, analysts, and industry leaders—and authored the first State of the U.S. EV Market report for LeasePlan. His work has strengthened market positioning, built credibility, and supported sustained growth across operators, OEMs, and investors.
Frans brings a strategic yet pragmatic approach to Zeti—helping translate complex asset finance and technology into clear market value while building collaborative partnerships across the industry.
“What excites me most is helping customers realize how Zeti is redefining the link between finance and mobility. We’re doing truly pioneering work, and I love being part of it.”
Why This Matters for Fleet and Energy Operators
The Zeti North America team understands:
- How commercial fleets, equipment, and infrastructure operate day-to-day
- How capital is structured, deployed, and managed
- How mobility, electrification, and energy infrastructure markets are evolving
- How technology connects asset performance, risk, and financial outcomes
This depth of experience enables Zeti to connect funders and operators with confidence. We help funders deploy capital into fleets, equipment, and energy infrastructure projects more efficiently, while giving operators access to flexible capital and powerful tools to manage performance, utilization, and asset value.
As Zeti expands across North America, this combination of fleet expertise, capital markets knowledge, and financial technology innovation continues to help customers scale smarter, deploy capital more effectively, and navigate the evolving mobility and energy landscape.
