Jon Stafford, CMA, CAFM
Chief Commercial Officer
Jon brings more than 20 years of experience across fleet management, automotive, finance, operations, and sales leadership. As Chief Commercial Officer, Jon leads Zeti’s commercial strategy across North America, working closely with customers and partners to scale performance-led, usage-aligned financing solutions.
A Certified Auto Fleet Manager (CAFM) and Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Jon is widely recognized for his expertise in total cost of ownership, utilization, and variable fleet management. He has spoken at leading industry forums including NAFA, Global Fleet Conference, Fleet Forward, and MOVE USA, and previously held senior leadership roles at Enterprise Fleet Management and LeasePlan USA.
Kevin Egolf
Head of Capital Solutions
Kevin is an experienced impact investing and finance professional with a background spanning capital markets, structured finance, and asset-backed investment. He has led capital markets at Capital Good Fund, served as Head of Finance at EV Life, and helped develop the first organic farmland REIT at Iroquois Valley.
Earlier in his career, Kevin worked in investment banking and private equity at Bank of America and Castle Harlan. At Zeti, Kevin focuses on structuring capital solutions that align institutional investor requirements with the operational realities of fleets, equipment, and energy assets.
